Here small fak how to adjust icons to the background.

Because of what to learn to work in the Photoshop at once it is impossible, and as that adjustment ikonok represents long, unpleasant and monotonous operations, I have decided to create a script for automation of creation ikonok, adjusted under your background.
For work program Adobe PhotoShop will be necessary to us, it is desirable last versions (7 or CS).

Hot keys: Ctrl ++ (increase in scale), Ctrl +-(reduction of scale), Ctrl+A (to allocate all), Ctrl+N (to copy), Ctrl+V (to insert), Ctrl+J (duplication of the allocated layer), Ctrl+E (to stick together the allocated layer with bottom), Ctrl+N (to create a new file)
All hot keys work only on an English allocation.

1. For the beginning it is necessary to open file PSD in a photoshop and key F7 to activate (if it is not active) a palette of layers (Layers) (fig. 1) evidently to see with what it is necessary to deal. Below my numbering of layers is resulted:
- Big Icons - greater icons here lay. For each icon a separate layer.
- 48x48 - a pattern for allocation of greater ikonok (specifies their arrangement)
- 38x38 - a pattern for allocation small ikonok (specifies an arrangement)
- Icons Small - the Layer with small icons
- bg - a layer with a background (on this place you will put the background)
!!! NAMES OF LAYERS SHOULD COINCIDE STRICTLY!!!

2. Preparation of a background. We should be put the background zamesto a layer "bg". It is necessary for us for this purpose skachat from phone from a folder "Skins" a file of color registration which is at present activated. Skachali on a computer, expansion of a file rename from scs in zip, then open in the archiver and pull out on freedom a file with a name "SkinMenuIdleImage.jpg". Open it in the Photoshop and copy in file PSD. In a palette of Layers there will be a new layer under a name " Layer 1 ". Seize its mousy and drag in the bottom of a palette. The layer "bg" can be removed, for this purpose it is enough of it to allocate and press figure of a garbage basket in the bottom of a window. Necessarily rename a new layer in "bg" without inverted commas (click two times on a name of a layer), and necessarily it should be at the very bottom.

3. Preparation for start of a script. At first create a folder " C: \menu \ ", icons will be kept there. Then again come back in the Photoshop. We shall use Now a script. For this purpose it is necessary to come into a palette "Actions" (pic. 1). Further it is necessary to come into options (a triangle in a circle) and to choose there " Load Actions... ". Load my file " Siemens Icon Maker.atn ". It should appear in the list (pic. 2). Allocate item " Make Icons " and can start a script button " Play " in the bottom of a window.

On all should leave about one minute. In a folder " C: \menu \ " available icons adjusted to your background should wait for you.
The given script completely efficient, at me mistakes did not arise. The main thing that your background had a name "bg" and the folder menu on disk C:\ Has been created

P.S:
1. All vysheopisanoe with reference to those menus which are spread by me, but it does not exclude use of a script and in yours if they are created on similarity of mine (see the name and an arrangement of layers).
2. The script is completely efficient both in English, and in the Russian version. For the test for the Russian version of thanks Drewip.
3. All mistakes voznikajushie at you during prorace of a script can arise only because of non-observance of my instructions.
4. A file main.fs all right to make independently, not the Photoshop, not especially a script of it do not do. For this purpose is spetsializirovanye programs, for example mccx65.
