siemens sl75

hello i have some questions regarding my siemens sl75. I have on it Sw39 and the problem is that for this sw version there are very few patches and uninteresed ones. My question is where cand i find sw47 (i have seen that there are many nice patchesc for this sw version) for Sl75 with the romanian language? Or what should i do to save and install the romanian language? On siemensmania and benq-siemes isn`t sw 47. Another question regarding my sl75 is that i have a sim on witch the slider doesn`t block automaticaly the keyboard. on onther sims even with the same operator works fine but on mine doesn`t. i had an sl55 and it maked the same problem at this sim but by others it worked fine. What do you think?
